Train the Trainer

course outline

Etiquette and protocol training is a rapidly growing international business sector.  William Hanson’s intensive Train The Trainer programme focusses upon established timeless standards, while reflecting the international and cross-cultural flavour to modern life.

William’s course allows the selected candidate to finesse their knowledge of the subject in order to be able to teach clients anywhere in the world, and to build their own commercially successful business platforms.

Over his 14 years of experience William has developed many training programmes to suit differing local markets, notably in China, India and the Middle East, while remaining focussed on maintaining traditional standards.

The accredited Train The Trainer programme allows individuals to train others in the fields of etiquette and protocol, to evolve their own skills and to undertake business development with confidence.

The course contains key topics of British and western social and business etiquette; the content, however, can be adapted to deliver training courses within all markets and client bases.

I chose to take William’s Train the Trainer course because of his overwhelming knowledge, ability and warmth in his training and writings. I thought I knew a lot about etiquette before this course but now I know so much more and am looking forward to revamping my business and own courses.”
